Staffing Companies (Define)
- Fill the positions of IT and Non-IT Companies.
- Staffing industries is one of the biggest industries of the world, it worth around
151 billion dollars. - It is a prestigious job that you’ll be working in.
Staffing as a career:
- It is night shift job (Timings will be from 6:30pm – 3:30am)
- 5 Days working (Monday to Friday)
- Your initial salary will be 30k-40k plus incentives per month.
- After 3 months, we will make you switch the company and you’ll be placed at
- 45k-60k per month, but there’s a process and procedure to get this package that
we will let you know. - No BPO, No Calling or Chatting process.
- Both side Cab and meals when you’ll be working from office.
- Health insurances.
Implementation Partner:
- Implementation Partner implements the requirements of various other
Companies. - Suppose we have TCS as an Implementation Partner then TCS will get project
from Companies like American Express, TD Bank, Pfizer etc. then forward the
requirement to staffing companies. - Staffing companies get the requirement indirectly when they deal with
Implementation Partners.
Direct Client/ End Client:
- Direct Client sends the requirement directly to the Staffing Companies.
- Suppose we have Apple as a Direct Client then Apple will send requirements
directly to the Staffing Companies.
Type of Employment:
- Contract – Rate
- Full Time – Salary
- C2H (Contract to Hire) – At first, the company hire the candidate on contractual
basis but after a certain period of time the candidate gets hired on full time.
Type of IT Positions:
IT Position (Front End Developer, Back End Developer, Java Full Stack Developer, BA
(Business Analyst), QA (Quality Analyst), IOS Developer, Android Developer, Project
